What Hightouch (BYOK) is for

Hightouch (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Hightouch data through the Hightouch API with a key you supply (Hightouch API key). Read-only: 11 tools (list_sources, get_source, list_models, get_model, list_destinations, list_syncs, get_sync, list_sync_runs, list_sync_drafts, list_event_contracts, list_event_domains). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.hightouch.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Hightouch. Hightouch and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which warehouse sources are connected in Hightouch?"
  • "Show Hightouch source 1"
  • "Which models exist in Hightouch?"
  • "Show details of Hightouch model 1"
  • "Which destinations are set up in Hightouch?"
  • "Which Hightouch syncs are failing?"

What it does

  • list_sources: List the data sources (warehouses and databases) connected to Hightouch with name, slug, type and timestamps. Connection settings are not returned.
  • get_source: Get one Hightouch source by id: name, slug, type and timestamps. Connection settings are not returned.
  • list_models: List Hightouch models (the queries or tables that define the data to sync) with name, slug, source, query type, primary key and last run size.
  • get_model: Get one Hightouch model by id: name, description, source, query type, primary key, linked sync ids and last run size.
  • list_destinations: List the destinations (SaaS tools and databases data is synced to) with name, slug, type and timestamps. Destination settings are not returned.
  • list_syncs: List Hightouch syncs with model, destination, status, disabled flag, schedule type and last run time. Filter by model or destination.
  • get_sync: Get one Hightouch sync: model, destination, status, disabled flag, schedule, primary key, referenced columns and last run time.
  • list_sync_runs: List the runs of a Hightouch sync, newest first by default, with start and finish time, status, query size and planned, successful and failed row counts.
  • list_sync_drafts: List pending, approved, rejected or canceled change requests (drafts) of Hightouch syncs, for workspaces that use approval flows. Cursor paginated.
  • list_event_contracts: List event contracts (schemas that incoming tracking events must follow) with name, slug, description and linked event sources.
  • list_event_domains: List event domains (groups of event definitions and reusable components) with name, slug, description and linked event sources.

BYOK key

You bring your own Hightouch Hightouch API key (https://hightouch.com/docs/developer-tools/api-guide). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.hightouch.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Hightouch API (api.hightouch.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://hightouch.com/docs/developer-tools/api-guide. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Hightouch. Hightouch and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Hightouch account.
