What Holded Invoicing Setup (BYOK) is for

Holded Invoicing Setup (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Holded Invoicing Setup data through the Holded Invoicing Setup API with a key you supply (Holded API key). Read-only: 10 tools (list_payment_methods, list_numbering_series, list_sales_channels, list_expenses_accounts, list_price_lists, list_tags, list_warehouses, get_warehouse_stock, list_tax_keys_by_country, list_crm_funnels). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.holded.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which payment methods are set up in my Holded account?"
  • "What invoice numbering series does Holded have and what was the last number used?"
  • "Which sales channels exist in Holded?"
  • "Which expense accounts can I assign to purchase lines in Holded?"
  • "What price lists do I have in Holded?"
  • "Which tags are defined in Holded?"

What it does

  • list_payment_methods: List the configured payment methods (manual ones and connected online providers) with type, connection status, default flag, linked banking account id and due days.
  • list_numbering_series: List the numbering series configured for one document type, with name, number format, last number used and the linked refund series.
  • list_sales_channels: List all sales channels, active and archived, with name, color, chart-of-accounts number and description.
  • list_expenses_accounts: List all expense accounts, active and archived, with name, color, chart-of-accounts number and description.
  • list_price_lists: List the price lists (rates) with name and description.
  • list_tags: List every tag defined in the account (names only).
  • list_warehouses: List all warehouses with name, default flag, color and the city, province and country code of the address. Not paginated.
  • get_warehouse_stock: List the stock quantity of every product stored in one warehouse (product id, variant id and a decimal string quantity).
  • list_tax_keys_by_country: List the tax keys that apply in one country, in order, optionally for an ecommerce section such as shopify or amazon.
  • list_crm_funnels: List CRM funnels with their stages (name, key, deal probability, days before a deal rots) and labels.

BYOK key

You bring your own Holded Invoicing Setup Holded API key (https://www.holded.com/developers/authentication). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.holded.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
