What Hyperping (BYOK) is for
Hyperping (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Hyperping data through the Hyperping API with a key you supply (Hyperping API key (a read-only key is enough)). Read-only: 8 tools (list_monitors, get_monitor, list_monitor_groups, list_outages, list_incidents, list_maintenance_windows, list_status_pages, list_monitor_reports). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.hyperping.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Hyperping. Hyperping and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Hyperping monitors are down right now?"
- "What are the settings of Hyperping monitor mon_3GhAQMYGEQuyUH?"
- "Which monitor groups do I have in Hyperping?"
- "Which outages are ongoing in Hyperping?"
- "What incidents has Hyperping recorded on our status pages?"
- "Is any Hyperping maintenance window scheduled?"
What it does
list_monitors: List uptime monitors with URL, protocol, check frequency, regions, up/down status, pause flag and TLS and domain expiry days. Filter by protocol or group.get_monitor: Get one monitor's configuration: URL, method, expected keyword, frequency, regions, status, certificate and domain expiry settings.list_monitor_groups: List the named groups that monitors are organised into, in display order.list_outages: List detected and manual outages, newest first, with start and end time, duration, severity, monitor and acknowledgement. Page numbers start at 0.list_incidents: List status page incidents with date, type, affected components, status pages and timeline updates.list_maintenance_windows: List scheduled maintenance windows with start and end time, affected monitors and status pages, and status (upcoming, ongoing, completed).list_status_pages: List the project's status pages with name, hostnames and whether they are password protected (20 per page, pages start at 0).list_monitor_reports: Get SLA percentage, outage count, total downtime and mean time to recovery per monitor for a period (default last 7 days).
BYOK key
You bring your own Hyperping Hyperping API key (a read-only key is enough) (https://app.hyperping.io/project/developers). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.hyperping.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Hyperping. Hyperping and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Hyperping account.
