What Hyperstack (BYOK) is for
Hyperstack (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Hyperstack data through the Hyperstack API with a key you supply (Hyperstack API key). Read-only: 12 tools (list_virtual_machines, get_virtual_machine, list_vm_events, list_flavors, list_gpus, get_gpu_stock, list_environments, list_volumes, list_clusters, get_dashboard, get_credit_balance, get_pricebook). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to infrahub-api.nexgencloud.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Hyperstack. Hyperstack and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which of my Hyperstack GPU virtual machines are running?"
- "Show the details of Hyperstack virtual machine 4711"
- "What happened to Hyperstack virtual machine 4711 recently?"
- "What GPU flavors can I rent in CANADA-1?"
- "Which GPU models does Hyperstack offer?"
- "Are any H100 GPUs in stock right now?"
What it does
list_virtual_machines: List your GPU/CPU virtual machines with status, power state, environment, flavor (GPU model and count), image, IPs and creation time.get_virtual_machine: Get one virtual machine by id: status, flavor, image, environment, attached volumes and security rules.list_vm_events: List the history of events (actions and state changes) for one virtual machine.list_flavors: List the available virtual machine flavors (GPU model, GPU count, vCPU, RAM, disk) grouped by GPU model and region, optionally for one region.list_gpus: List the GPU models offered and the regions each is available in.get_gpu_stock: Show current and planned GPU availability per region and GPU model.list_environments: List your environments (resource groups tied to one region) with region and creation time.list_volumes: List block storage volumes with size, type, status, environment and attachments.list_clusters: List Kubernetes clusters with status, Kubernetes version, environment and node groups.get_dashboard: Show a summary of active resources: instance, vCPU, GPU and RAM totals, volume totals and the hourly cost of each.get_credit_balance: Show the organization's credit balance, the low-balance threshold and whether new instances can be created.get_pricebook: Show the hourly price of each resource (GPU flavors, storage, IPs) with any discount applied.
BYOK key
You bring your own Hyperstack Hyperstack API key (https://console.hyperstack.cloud/api-keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to infrahub-api.nexgencloud.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Hyperstack.
