What Kiln (BYOK) is for

Kiln (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Kiln data through the Kiln API with a key you supply (Kiln API token). Read-only: 12 tools (get_eth_network_stats, get_eth_kiln_stats, get_sol_network_stats, get_ada_network_stats, get_atom_network_stats, get_tia_network_stats, get_near_network_stats, get_sui_network_stats, get_ton_network_stats, get_trx_network_stats, get_xtz_network_stats, get_pol_network_stats). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.kiln.fi. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kiln. Kiln and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

What it does

  • get_eth_network_stats: Get Ethereum staking network statistics from Kiln: gross APY, staked share, validator count, ETH price, entry, exit and withdrawal time estimates and request fees.
  • get_eth_kiln_stats: Get the gross APY of Kiln's own Ethereum staking over the last day, week and month.
  • get_sol_network_stats: Get current Solana staking network statistics from Kiln: gross staking APY, share of supply staked, inflation rate, validator count and the token price in USD.
  • get_ada_network_stats: Get current Cardano staking network statistics from Kiln: gross staking APY, share of supply staked, inflation rate, validator count and the token price in USD.
  • get_atom_network_stats: Get current Cosmos Hub staking network statistics from Kiln: gross staking APY, share of supply staked, inflation rate, validator count and the token price in USD.
  • get_tia_network_stats: Get current Celestia staking network statistics from Kiln: gross staking APY, share of supply staked, inflation rate, validator count and the token price in USD.
  • get_near_network_stats: Get current NEAR staking network statistics from Kiln: gross staking APY, share of supply staked, inflation rate, validator count and the token price in USD.
  • get_sui_network_stats: Get current Sui staking network statistics from Kiln: gross staking APY, share of supply staked, inflation rate, validator count and the token price in USD.
  • get_ton_network_stats: Get current TON staking network statistics from Kiln: gross staking APY, share of supply staked, inflation rate, validator count and the token price in USD.

BYOK key

You bring your own Kiln Kiln API token (https://docs.api.kiln.fi/docs/api-keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.kiln.fi over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Notices

Network-wide staking and vault statistics only: no accounts, stakes, rewards, reports or transaction crafting. The production API is used; the testnet host is not.
