Kustomer (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Kustomer data through the Kustomer API with a key you supply (Kustomer API key (Settings > Security > API Keys)). Read-only: 11 tools (list_customers, get_customer, list_conversations, list_customer_conversations, list_conversation_messages, list_companies, list_users, list_teams, list_brands, list_queues, list_knowledge_base_tags). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.kustomerapp.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kustomer. Kustomer and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
