What Lemon Squeezy (BYOK) is for

Lemon Squeezy (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Lemon Squeezy data through the Lemon Squeezy API with a key you supply (API key). Read-only: 8 tools (get_current_user, list_stores, list_products, list_orders, get_order, list_subscriptions, get_subscription, list_customers). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.lemonsqueezy.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Lemon Squeezy account is my API key for?"
  • "How much has my Lemon Squeezy store sold in the last 30 days?"
  • "What products do I sell on Lemon Squeezy?"
  • "Show my latest Lemon Squeezy orders"
  • "Show Lemon Squeezy order 1234"
  • "Which Lemon Squeezy subscriptions are active and when do they renew?"

What it does

  • get_current_user: Show the Lemon Squeezy account the key belongs to: name and email.
  • list_stores: List your Lemon Squeezy stores with name, domain, plan, currency and sales totals. Revenue figures are in cents (USD).
  • list_products: List Lemon Squeezy products with name, status, price in cents and purchase link, optionally for one store.
  • list_orders: List Lemon Squeezy orders, newest first, with customer email, status, totals, refund state and receipt link. Money fields are in cents; the *_formatted fields are display text.
  • get_order: Get one Lemon Squeezy order with totals, tax, status, refund state, first item and receipt link.
  • list_subscriptions: List Lemon Squeezy subscriptions, newest first, with status, product, customer email, renewal and end dates and customer portal link.
  • get_subscription: Get one Lemon Squeezy subscription with status, pause settings, trial, renewal and end dates and portal links.
  • list_customers: List Lemon Squeezy customers with name, email, country, status, lifetime revenue and monthly recurring revenue. Revenue is in cents.

BYOK key

You bring your own Lemon Squeezy API key (https://app.lemonsqueezy.com/settings/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.lemonsqueezy.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
