What LI.FI Earn (BYOK) is for

LI.FI Earn (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own LI.FI Earn data through the LI.FI Earn API with a key you supply (LI.FI API key). Read-only: 5 tools (list_chains, list_protocols, list_vaults, get_vault, get_wallet_positions). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to earn.li.fi. LI.FI Earn and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which chains does LI.FI Earn cover?"
  • "Which DeFi protocols does LI.FI Earn track?"
  • "Which USDC vaults on Base have the highest APY?"
  • "What is the APY history of this Base vault?"
  • "What vault positions does this wallet hold?"

What it does

  • list_chains: List the EVM chains covered by LI.FI Earn with chain id and CAIP network id.
  • list_protocols: List the DeFi protocols covered by LI.FI Earn with name and website.
  • list_vaults: List DeFi yield vaults with APY and TVL, filtered by chain, asset, protocol or minimum TVL and sorted by APY or TVL, with cursor paging.
  • get_vault: Get one vault by chain and address: protocol, underlying tokens, APY over 1, 7 and 30 days, TVL, caps, lock time and redemption support.
  • get_wallet_positions: List a wallet's DeFi vault positions tracked by LI.FI Earn: protocol, chain, asset and balance in USD.

BYOK key

You bring your own LI.FI Earn LI.FI API key (https://portal.li.fi/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to earn.li.fi over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
