What Link Squares Finalize (BYOK) is for

Link Squares Finalize (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Link Squares Finalize data through the Link Squares Finalize API with a key you supply (LinkSquares API key (Settings > API Keys)). Read-only: 7 tools (list_templates, get_template, list_statuses, list_agreements, get_agreement, list_agreement_versions, list_tasks). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.linksquares.com. Link Squares Finalize and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

What it does

  • list_templates: List Finalize contract templates with name, description, kind and created and updated times (questions and instructions are not returned).
  • get_template: Get one Finalize template's name, description, kind and created and updated times (instructions, tokens and questions are not returned).
  • list_statuses: List the agreement statuses configured in Finalize with name, description and internal enum.
  • list_agreements: List Finalize agreement records with name, kind, status id, template id and timestamps (answers, people, owners and files are not returned).
  • get_agreement: Get one Finalize agreement's name, kind, status id, template id and timestamps (answers, people and files are not returned).
  • list_agreement_versions: List the file versions of one agreement with file name, status id and created and deleted times (file contents are not returned).
  • list_tasks: List Finalize tasks with agreement id, name, type, approval type, status, due date and active flag (task text and assignees are not returned).

BYOK key

You bring your own Link Squares Finalize LinkSquares API key (Settings > API Keys) (https://help.linksquares.com/hc/en-us/articles/10575849523735-Managing-API-Keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.linksquares.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
