What Lucca (BYOK) is for
Lucca (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Lucca data through the Lucca API with a key you supply (Lucca API key (its role decides what it can read)). Read-only: 8 tools (list_users, get_user, list_departments, get_department, list_establishments, list_legal_units, list_work_locations, list_user_work_locations). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to *.ilucca.net. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Lucca. Lucca and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which employees work at my company in Lucca?"
- "Show Lucca employee 1"
- "What are the departments in Lucca?"
- "Show Lucca department 3"
- "Which establishments does my company have in Lucca?"
- "Which legal entities are set up in Lucca?"
What it does
list_users: List Lucca employees (current employees by default) with name, work email, job title, contract dates, department, manager and establishment ids. Personal, bank and birth data are not requested. Limit is 50 requests per minute per account.get_user: Get one Lucca employee by id with name, work email, job title, contract dates, department, manager and establishment ids.list_departments: List departments with name, code, parent, hierarchy, active flag and head of department id.get_department: Get one department by its id.list_establishments: List establishments (sites of a legal unit) with name, code, legal unit, city, time zone, headcount and archive flag.list_legal_units: List legal units (companies) with name, code, country, headquarters establishment and archive flag.list_work_locations: List office work locations (offices, remote work, other) with type and capacity, from Lucca Office.list_user_work_locations: List where employees plan to work (which work location, day period and status) for a date range, from Lucca Office.
BYOK key
You bring your own Lucca Lucca API key (its role decides what it can read) (https://support.lucca.fr/hc/en-us/articles/115000084851). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to *.ilucca.net over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
