What Lytics (BYOK) is for

Lytics (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Lytics data through the Lytics API with a key you supply (API token). Read-only: 10 tools (list_segments, get_segment, list_tables, list_schema_fields, list_flows, list_streams, list_data_models, list_jobs, list_reports, list_ml_models). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.lytics.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Lytics. Lytics and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "How big are my Lytics audience segments?"
  • "How many profiles are in the Lytics segment all?"
  • "Which tables are in my Lytics schema?"
  • "What fields are on the Lytics user table and which are PII?"
  • "Which Lytics flows are running?"
  • "Which data streams feed Lytics and when did they last receive data?"

What it does

  • list_segments: List audience segments (and goals, aspects, conversions) with size, kind, table and the segment query. Filterable by kind and validity.
  • get_segment: Get one segment by id or slug, with its size (when sizes is true), query text, kind and dates.
  • list_tables: List the schema tables of the account (for example user) with their live and draft ids.
  • list_schema_fields: List the profile fields of a table with type, description, identifier and PII flags, and merge operation.
  • list_flows: List flows (journeys) with label, state, version, entry segment and re-entry settings. Step details are not returned.
  • list_streams: List data streams with message counts, average event size, last received time and the tables they feed.
  • list_data_models: List data models (warehouse tables mapped into Lytics) with status, health, size, table and last update.
  • list_jobs: List import and export jobs with name, workflow, status and dates. Job configuration is not returned.
  • list_reports: List saved reports with label and description.
  • list_ml_models: List machine-learning models with name, state, health, source and target segment, and whether they are deployed.

BYOK key

You bring your own Lytics API token (https://docs.lytics.com/docs/developer-quickstart). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.lytics.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Lytics API (api.lytics.io) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://docs.lytics.com/reference/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Lytics. Lytics and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Lytics account.
