What MailerLite (BYOK) is for

MailerLite (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own MailerLite data through the MailerLite API with a key you supply (API key). Read-only: 8 tools (list_subscribers, list_groups, list_group_subscribers, list_segments, list_segment_subscribers, list_campaigns, get_campaign, list_fields). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to connect.mailerlite.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MailerLite. MailerLite and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Show my latest active MailerLite subscribers"
  • "How many active subscribers are in each of my MailerLite groups?"
  • "Who is in my MailerLite group 5?"
  • "What segments do I have in MailerLite?"
  • "Who is in my MailerLite segment 7?"
  • "How did my last MailerLite campaigns perform?"

What it does

  • list_subscribers: List subscribers (all groups) with email, status, source, dates, opens, clicks and standard fields. Filter by status; page with a cursor.
  • list_groups: List subscriber groups with active, sent, unsubscribed and bounced counts and open and click rates. Filter by part of the name and sort.
  • list_group_subscribers: List the subscribers of one group with email, status, dates, opens and clicks. Defaults to active subscribers; page with a cursor.
  • list_segments: List segments with subscriber totals and open and click rates.
  • list_segment_subscribers: List the subscribers of one segment with email, status, dates, opens and clicks; page with a cursor.
  • list_campaigns: List email campaigns of one status (sent by default) with name, type, dates and open, click, unsubscribe and bounce statistics. Only reads; never sends.
  • get_campaign: Get one campaign with its emails (subject, sender) and statistics: sent, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces and rates.
  • list_fields: List subscriber fields (default and custom) with their key and type. Filter by keyword or type.

BYOK key

You bring your own MailerLite API key (https://developers.mailerlite.com/docs/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to connect.mailerlite.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the MailerLite API (connect.mailerlite.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developers.mailerlite.com/docs/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MailerLite. MailerLite and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your MailerLite account.
