Maksekeskus (BYOK) — connector documentation

What Maksekeskus (BYOK) is for

Maksekeskus (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Maksekeskus data through the Maksekeskus API with a key you supply (MakeCommerce Shop ID (API username)). Read-only: 8 tools (get_payment_methods, list_transactions, get_transaction, get_transaction_statement, list_account_statements, list_fees, list_refunds, get_refund). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.maksekeskus.ee. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which payment methods can my MakeCommerce shop offer in Estonia?"
  • "Which MakeCommerce transactions were completed this month?"
  • "What is the status of MakeCommerce transaction 4766664e-bbab-4775-9e97-13617e785e06?"
  • "Show the fees booked for MakeCommerce transaction 4766664e-bbab-4775-9e97-13617e785e06"
  • "What payouts and fees hit my MakeCommerce account last month?"
  • "What monthly service fees did MakeCommerce charge me this year?"

What it does

  • get_payment_methods: List the payment methods available to your shop, grouped into banklinks, cards, pay later and other, with country, minimum and maximum amount. Optionally narrow by amount, currency or country.
  • list_transactions: List the transactions of your shop with status, reference, amount, currency, method, channel, country, fees and net amount. Customer, card and bank account details are left out. Filter by created, completed or refunded date and status.
  • get_transaction: Get one transaction with status, reference, amount, currency, method, channel, country, fees and net amount. Customer, card and bank account details are left out.
  • get_transaction_statement: Get the account statement lines of one transaction: payment, fee and refund movements with amount, original amount and exchange rate.
  • list_account_statements: List the movements of your MakeCommerce merchant account: payments, fees, refunds and payouts with amount, balance before and after, and payout id. Either since or payout_id is required.
  • list_fees: List the accounting records of your shop that are not tied to a transaction, such as monthly service fees, with amount and VAT.
  • list_refunds: List the refunds of your shop with status, amount, currency, comment and the id and reference of the refunded transaction. Customer details are left out.
  • get_refund: Get one refund with status, amount, currency, comment and the id and reference of the refunded transaction.

BYOK key

You bring your own Maksekeskus MakeCommerce Shop ID (API username) (https://developer.maksekeskus.ee/api/makecommerce-api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.maksekeskus.ee over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
