What Manatal (BYOK) is for

Manatal (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Manatal data through the Manatal API with a key you supply (Manatal Open API token). Read-only: 10 tools (list_jobs, get_job, list_job_matches, list_candidates, get_candidate, list_matches, list_job_pipelines, list_organizations, list_contacts, list_users). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.manatal.com. Manatal and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which jobs are currently active in Manatal?"
  • "Show the full details of Manatal job 1234"
  • "Which candidates are in the pipeline for Manatal job 1234 and at what stage?"
  • "Find candidates currently working at Acme in Manatal"
  • "Show the profile of Manatal candidate 987"
  • "Show recent hiring pipeline matches across all Manatal jobs"

What it does

  • list_jobs: List job openings with title, status, location, contract type, headcount, remote and published flags and dates.
  • get_job: Get one job by id with description, salary range, contract type, status, dates and career page link.
  • list_job_matches: List the candidates matched to one job with their current pipeline stage and key dates.
  • list_candidates: List candidates with name, current position and company, source and tags. Contact details, gender and birth date are not returned.
  • get_candidate: Get one candidate by id: work profile, education summary, source and tags (no contact details, gender or birth date).
  • list_matches: List all candidate-to-job matches across the account with pipeline stage, activity flag and stage dates.
  • list_job_pipelines: List the hiring pipelines and the ordered stages in each.
  • list_organizations: List client organizations (companies hiring through the account) with website, description and visibility.
  • list_contacts: List client contacts (hiring managers) with name, organization, email and phone.
  • list_users: List the recruiters and team members on the account with name and work email.

BYOK key

You bring your own Manatal Manatal Open API token (https://developers.manatal.com/reference/getting-started). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.manatal.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
