What Metorial Integrations (BYOK) is for

Metorial Integrations (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Metorial Integrations data through the Metorial Integrations API with a key you supply (Metorial secret API key). Read-only: 8 tools (list_integrations, get_integration, list_skills, get_skill, list_skill_groups, list_skill_marketplaces, list_skill_plugins, list_provider_triggers). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.metorial.com. What it does

  • list_integrations: List your Metorial integrations (a provider plus its auth and tool-filter policy) with status and configuration flags.
  • get_integration: Get one integration by id with status and configuration flags.
  • list_skills: List agent skills in your Metorial project with name, license, compatibility and status (no skill content or creator details).
  • get_skill: Get one skill by id with name, license, compatibility and status (no skill content or creator details).
  • list_skill_groups: List skill groups with name, status and whether consumers can assign skills themselves.
  • list_skill_marketplaces: List skill marketplaces with sync status and repository access mode.
  • list_skill_plugins: List skill plugins (bundles of skills) with category, status and sync status, optionally for one marketplace.
  • list_provider_triggers: List the event triggers (polling or webhook) a provider version supports, without input or output schemas.

BYOK key

You bring your own Metorial Integrations Metorial secret API key (https://metorial.com/docs/build/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.metorial.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
