What MyFatoorah (BYOK) is for

MyFatoorah (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own MyFatoorah data through the MyFatoorah API with a key you supply (MyFatoorah API token key (live key of the Kuwait/Bahrain/Jordan/Oman portal)). Read-only: 7 tools (get_payment_details, get_refund_details, list_payment_methods, list_recurring_payments, get_supplier_dashboard, list_supplier_deposits, list_countries). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.myfatoorah.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MyFatoorah. MyFatoorah and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "What is the status of MyFatoorah payment 07071234567890123456?"
  • "Has MyFatoorah refund 12345 been completed?"
  • "Which payment methods are enabled on my MyFatoorah account and what commission do they carry?"
  • "Which MyFatoorah recurring payments are active and when is the next charge?"
  • "What is the balance of MyFatoorah supplier 1?"
  • "What deposits has MyFatoorah supplier 1 received?"

What it does

  • get_payment_details: Get one payment by its payment id: invoice status and reference, transaction status, method and date, and the amounts including service charge and receivable amount. Customer and card details are not returned.
  • get_refund_details: Get one refund by id: status, reference, dates, comments, refunded amount and the invoice it refers to.
  • list_payment_methods: List the payment methods enabled on your MyFatoorah portal with their commission, direct-payment and embedded-payment support and currency.
  • list_recurring_payments: List all recurring payments with status, creation date, value, type, interval, times executed and next payment date.
  • get_supplier_dashboard: Get a vendor (supplier) dashboard for multi-vendor accounts: transaction count and value, balance, amount awaiting transfer, deposited amount and approval state.
  • list_supplier_deposits: List deposit records of one supplier, paged with start and length.
  • list_countries: List the countries MyFatoorah supports for shipping with their codes.

BYOK key

You bring your own MyFatoorah MyFatoorah API token key (live key of the Kuwait/Bahrain/Jordan/Oman portal) (https://docs.myfatoorah.com/docs/api-key). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.myfatoorah.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the MyFatoorah API (api.myfatoorah.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://docs.myfatoorah.com/reference/get-payment-details. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MyFatoorah. MyFatoorah and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your MyFatoorah account.
