What Nebius Token Factory (BYOK) is for

Nebius Token Factory (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Nebius Token Factory data through the Nebius Token Factory API with a key you supply (Nebius Token Factory API key). Read-only: 8 tools (list_models, list_files, get_file, list_fine_tuning_jobs, get_fine_tuning_job, list_fine_tuning_events, list_fine_tuning_checkpoints, get_fine_tuning_checkpoint). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.tokenfactory.nebius.com. What it does

  • list_models: List the models available to the key. With verbose true each entry also has name, context length, pricing, architecture and status; otherwise only id, creation time and owner.
  • list_files: List uploaded files (names, sizes, purposes) for batch, fine-tune or history use. File contents are not returned.
  • get_file: Get metadata of one uploaded file: name, size, purpose, upload time and status. Content is not returned.
  • list_fine_tuning_jobs: List fine-tuning jobs with base model, status, timestamps (Unix seconds), token and step progress and training file. Page with after.
  • get_fine_tuning_job: Get one fine-tuning job: base model, status, progress, files, error and hyperparameters such as epochs, learning rate and LoRA settings.
  • list_fine_tuning_events: List status events and log messages of a fine-tuning job with level, time and text. Page with after.
  • list_fine_tuning_checkpoints: List training checkpoints of a fine-tuning job with step number and loss and accuracy metrics. Page with after.
  • get_fine_tuning_checkpoint: Get one checkpoint of a fine-tuning job: checkpoint model name, step number and training and validation metrics.

BYOK key

You bring your own Nebius Token Factory Nebius Token Factory API key (https://tokenfactory.nebius.com/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.tokenfactory.nebius.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
