What Neon CRM (BYOK) is for

Neon CRM (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Neon CRM data through the Neon CRM API with a key you supply (organization ID). Read-only: 11 tools (get_organization_profile, get_account, list_account_donations, get_donation, list_account_memberships, list_events, list_event_attendees, list_recurring_donations, list_campaigns, list_funds, list_membership_levels). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.neoncrm.com. What it does

  • get_organization_profile: Show the Neon CRM organization the key belongs to: name, organization id and app URL.
  • get_account: Get one donor or company account: contact name, e-mail, membership status, source and timestamps.
  • list_account_donations: List the donations of one account with date, amount, status, fund, campaign and purpose.
  • get_donation: Get one donation by id: amount, date, status, fund, campaign, purpose and its payments.
  • list_account_memberships: List an account's membership history with level, term dates, fee, status and whether it is active.
  • list_events: List events with name, dates, capacity, location city, campaign and archive flag; filter by name or date window.
  • list_event_attendees: List the attendees of one event with name, e-mail, ticket, registration status and attended flag.
  • list_recurring_donations: List recurring donation schedules with donor account, amount, frequency and next payment date.
  • list_campaigns: List the campaigns of the organization with id, code, name and status.
  • list_funds: List the donation funds with id, code, name and status.
  • list_membership_levels: List membership levels with code, rank, type (individual, company or household) and status.

BYOK key

You bring your own Neon CRM organization ID (https://developer.neoncrm.com/authentication/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.neoncrm.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

This connector uses the production host api.neoncrm.com; trial instances use a different host and are not supported.
