About

New Relic (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own New Relic data through the New Relic API with a key you supply (New Relic user API key (US data center)). Read-only: 7 tools (get_current_user, list_accounts, search_entities, list_apm_applications, list_browser_applications, list_infrastructure_entities, list_entities_with_alert_severity). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.newrelic.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by New Relic. New Relic and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Sources: Live from the New Relic API (api.newrelic.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://docs.newrelic.com/docs/apis/nerdgraph/get-started/introduction-new-relic-nerdgraph/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

BYOK: bring your own keyThis connector uses your own New Relic New Relic user API key (US data center). Create one at https://one.newrelic.com/api-keys, with the fewest permissions it needs (read-only if the provider offers it). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with every request. It is used for that one call only: never stored, logged or cached, and only ever sent to New Relic. Revoke it at the provider whenever you like. Unofficial connector: not affiliated with New Relic.
