What Nibo (BYOK) is for

Nibo (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Nibo data through the Nibo API with a key you supply (Nibo API token (Premium plan)). Read-only: 12 tools (list_organizations, list_bank_accounts, get_account_balances, list_categories, list_cost_centers, list_scheduled_receivables, list_overdue_receivables, list_scheduled_payables, list_open_payables, list_received_payments, list_made_payments, get_budget_plan). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.nibo.com.br. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which companies can my Nibo token see?"
  • "What bank accounts are set up in Nibo?"
  • "What is the balance of each of my Nibo accounts?"
  • "What categories does my Nibo company use?"
  • "Which cost centers are defined in Nibo?"
  • "What receivables does my company have scheduled in Nibo?"

What it does

  • list_organizations: List the companies the token's administrator can access: name, plan and whether it is a financial-management account.
  • list_bank_accounts: List the company's bank accounts with opening balance, type and archived or reconcilable flags.
  • get_account_balances: Show the current balance of each account together with the number of items pending reconciliation.
  • list_categories: List the income and expense categories available for receivables and payables.
  • list_cost_centers: List the company's cost centers.
  • list_scheduled_receivables: List scheduled receivables (accounts receivable) with due date, value, amount paid and amount still open.
  • list_overdue_receivables: List receivables that are past their due date and still unpaid.
  • list_scheduled_payables: List scheduled payables (accounts payable) with due date, value, amount paid and amount still open.
  • list_open_payables: List payables that are still open (not fully paid).
  • list_received_payments: List receipts already received (accounts received) with date, value, account and category.
  • list_made_payments: List payments already made (accounts paid) with date, value, account and category.
  • get_budget_plan: Get the company's annual budget plan: planned value per category for each month of a year.

BYOK key

You bring your own Nibo Nibo API token (Premium plan) (https://nibo.readme.io/reference/como-utilizar-a-api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.nibo.com.br over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
