What Nilvera (BYOK) is for

Nilvera (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Nilvera data through the Nilvera API with a key you supply (Nilvera API key (portal: API Tanimlari > Yeni Anahtar)). Read-only: 10 tools (get_company, get_credits, get_exchange_rates, list_stocks, list_sales_invoices, list_purchase_invoices, get_sales_invoice_statistics, get_purchase_invoice_statistics, list_invoice_series, list_earchive_invoices). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.nilvera.com. Nilvera and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

  • "Which company is my Nilvera account registered for?"
  • "How many e-invoice credits do I have left in Nilvera?"
  • "What are today's USD and EUR rates in Nilvera?"
  • "What products are in my Nilvera stock list?"
  • "Which e-invoices did I send in Nilvera last month?"
  • "Which supplier e-invoices have I received in Nilvera this week?"

What it does

  • get_company: Get the company profile of the account: name, tax number, tax office, city, country, active flag and e-invoice aliases.
  • get_credits: Get the e-document credits of the account per module: total, used and remaining credit, use percentage, duration type and end date.
  • get_exchange_rates: Get the current USD, EUR and GBP buy and sale exchange rates against the Turkish lira used by Nilvera.
  • list_stocks: List the stock and product cards of the account with name, unit, price, tax percent, codes, brand and active flag.
  • list_sales_invoices: List outgoing e-Fatura sales invoices with invoice number, issue date, receiver name, amounts, currency, status, answer code and read flag. Filter by date range or search text.
  • list_purchase_invoices: List incoming e-Fatura purchase invoices with invoice number, issue date, sender name, amounts, currency, status, answer code and read flag. Filter by date range or search text.
  • get_sales_invoice_statistics: Get counts of outgoing e-Fatura invoices: basic, commercial, awaiting approval, approved, rejected, incorrect, successful, pending and total.
  • get_purchase_invoice_statistics: Get counts of incoming e-Fatura invoices: basic, commercial, awaiting approval, approved, rejected, incorrect, successful, pending and total.
  • list_invoice_series: List the e-Fatura invoice number series with name, default and active flags and creation date.
  • list_earchive_invoices: List e-Arsiv invoices issued to consumers and other non-e-invoice customers with invoice number, issue date, amounts, currency, status, cancel and report flags. Buyer names and tax numbers are left out.

BYOK key

You bring your own Nilvera Nilvera API key (portal: API Tanimlari > Yeni Anahtar) (https://developer.nilvera.com/api-anahtari-uretimi). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.nilvera.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
