What Oneflow (BYOK) is for
Oneflow (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Oneflow data through the Oneflow API with a key you supply (Oneflow API token). Read-only: 12 tools (get_account, list_contracts, get_contract, list_contract_data_fields, list_contract_files, list_contract_comments, list_templates, list_workspaces, list_tags, list_folders, list_users, list_playbooks). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.oneflow.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Oneflow. Oneflow and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Oneflow account is my API token connected to?"
- "Which Oneflow contracts are still waiting to be signed?"
- "Show the details of Oneflow contract 10015."
- "What data field values does Oneflow contract 10015 hold?"
- "Which files are attached to Oneflow contract 10015?"
- "What comments were left on Oneflow contract 10015?"
What it does

Returns file metadata only.list_contract_comments: List the comments on one contract with body, privacy flag and times.list_templates: List contract templates with name, active flag, type, playbook and workspaces.list_workspaces: List workspaces with name, company, registration number, country and type.list_tags: List contract tags with name, whether they are global or system tags, and dates.list_folders: List contract folders with name, parent folder, workspace and path of folder ids.list_users: List the account's users with name, email, title, admin flag and active flag.list_playbooks: List contract playbooks with name, description and enabled flag.
BYOK key
You bring your own Oneflow Oneflow API token (https://app.oneflow.com/marketplace/api-tokens). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.oneflow.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Oneflow. Oneflow and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
