What OnePageCRM (BYOK) is for

OnePageCRM (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own OnePageCRM data through the OnePageCRM API with a key you supply (OnePageCRM user ID). Read-only: 9 tools (list_pipelines, list_deals, list_actions, list_companies, list_custom_fields, list_lead_sources, list_statuses, list_users, list_call_results). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to app.onepagecrm.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnePageCRM. OnePageCRM and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "What deal pipelines and stages do we have in OnePageCRM?"
  • "Which OnePageCRM deals are still pending and what are they worth?"
  • "What follow-up actions are open in OnePageCRM?"
  • "Which companies in OnePageCRM have the most pending deal value?"
  • "What custom contact fields are set up in OnePageCRM?"
  • "Which lead sources bring the most contacts in OnePageCRM?"

What it does

  • list_pipelines: List deal pipelines with their ordered stages (stage number and label), type and the won-column settings.
  • list_deals: List deals with name, amount, status (pending, won, lost), pipeline, stage, expected close date and the linked contact, paged.
  • list_actions: List next actions (to-dos) in Action Stream order with text, status (asap, date, waiting, queued, done), due date, assignee and contact ID, paged.
  • list_companies: List companies sorted by name with description, website, address, contact count, and won and pending deal totals, paged. Each company lists its contacts, so keep per_page small.
  • list_custom_fields: List the custom contact fields defined on the account with name, type, position and the choices of select fields.
  • list_lead_sources: List the lead sources of the account with how many contacts each has (yours and the whole team's).
  • list_statuses: List the contact statuses (lead, prospect, customer and custom ones) in their configured order with contact counts.
  • list_users: List every user on the account with name, email, company name and account rights.
  • list_call_results: List the call result labels of the account with how often each was used by you and by the team.

BYOK key

You bring your own OnePageCRM OnePageCRM user ID (https://app.onepagecrm.com/app/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to app.onepagecrm.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the OnePageCRM API (app.onepagecrm.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developer.onepagecrm.com/api/reference/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnePageCRM. OnePageCRM and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your OnePageCRM account.
