What OnlineOrNot (BYOK) is for

OnlineOrNot (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own OnlineOrNot data through the OnlineOrNot API with a key you supply (OnlineOrNot API token). Read-only: 12 tools (list_checks, get_check, list_check_incidents, list_heartbeats, get_heartbeat, list_maintenance_windows, get_maintenance_window, list_status_pages, get_status_page_summary, list_status_page_components, list_status_page_incidents, get_status_page_incident). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.onlineornot.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlineOrNot. OnlineOrNot and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which of my OnlineOrNot checks are down?"
  • "Show the settings of OnlineOrNot check a1b2c3d4"
  • "When did OnlineOrNot check a1b2c3d4 last go down?"
  • "Are all my OnlineOrNot heartbeat jobs reporting in?"
  • "Show OnlineOrNot heartbeat a1b2c3d4"
  • "When are my OnlineOrNot maintenance windows?"

What it does

  • list_checks: List uptime checks with name, URL, type, current status and last run time. Needs a token with UPTIME_CHECKS:READ.
  • get_check: Get one uptime check: URL, method, interval in seconds, timeout, regions, alert priority and status. Request headers, body and credentials are not returned.
  • list_check_incidents: List recent failures and recoveries of an uptime check (start and end of each outage) within an optional time range.
  • list_heartbeats: List heartbeat (cron job) monitors with status, last time seen, expected period and grace period.
  • get_heartbeat: Get one heartbeat monitor with its schedule, grace period, status and last time seen.
  • list_maintenance_windows: List maintenance windows with name, start, duration, time zone, weekdays and enabled state.
  • get_maintenance_window: Get one maintenance window including the ids of the checks and heartbeats it covers.
  • list_status_pages: List your status pages with name, subdomain, custom domain and overall status.
  • get_status_page_summary: Get the public overview of a status page by subdomain: overall status, components with their state, active incidents and scheduled maintenance.
  • list_status_page_components: List the components of a status page with their current status and group.
  • list_status_page_incidents: List the incidents of a status page with title, impact, start and end and the latest update.
  • get_status_page_incident: Get one status page incident with affected components and its full update timeline.

BYOK key

You bring your own OnlineOrNot OnlineOrNot API token (https://onlineornot.com/docs/explanation/api-tokens). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.onlineornot.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the OnlineOrNot API (api.onlineornot.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developers.onlineornot.com/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not
