What Outseta (BYOK) is for

Outseta (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Outseta data through the Outseta API with a key you supply (Outseta API key and secret joined by a colon (API_KEY:API_SECRET)). Read-only: 12 tools (list_plans, list_plan_families, list_subscriptions, list_invoices, list_discount_coupons, list_email_lists, list_drip_campaigns, list_broadcast_campaigns, list_support_articles, list_support_categories, list_tags, list_custom_attribute_definitions). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to *.outseta.com.   • "What plans and prices do we have in Outseta?"
  • "Which plan families exist in Outseta?"
  • "How many current subscriptions does Outseta show and when do they renew?"
  • "What invoices are outstanding in Outseta?"
  • "What discount coupons exist in Outseta and how often were they used?"
  • "How many active subscribers do our Outseta email lists have?"

What it does

  • list_plans: List billing plans with monthly, quarterly and annual rates, setup fee, trial days, active flag and number of subscriptions.
  • list_plan_families: List plan families (groups of plans) with name, active and default flags.
  • list_subscriptions: List subscriptions with dates, quantity, rate, discount code and whether a plan upgrade is required. Filter by lifecycle (current, future, past).
  • list_invoices: List invoices with number, date, status code, amounts (subtotal, tax, discount, paid, refunded, outstanding) and taxable flag.
  • list_discount_coupons: List discount coupons with name, amount or percent off, duration, redemptions and the redeem-by date.
  • list_email_lists: List email lists with double opt-in flag and subscriber counts (active, unsubscribed, bounced, spam, not confirmed).
  • list_drip_campaigns: List drip (automated email) campaigns with active flag, trigger id and repeat-processing settings.
  • list_broadcast_campaigns: List email broadcasts (archived ones are excluded) with send time, status code and any error message.
  • list_support_articles: List knowledge base articles with title, keywords and ordering weight; search by title or body text.
  • list_support_categories: List knowledge base categories with description and ordering weight.
  • list_tags: List tags for one record type (for example Account, Person, Deal, Article) with colour.
  • list_custom_attribute_definitions: List the custom fields defined for one record type (Account, Person or Deal) with label, control type and position.

BYOK key

You bring your own Outseta Outseta API key and secret joined by a colon (API_KEY:API_SECRET) (https://docs.outseta.com/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to *.outseta.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
