What Paddle (BYOK) is for

Paddle (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Paddle data through the Paddle API with a key you supply (Paddle Billing API key (live environment; sandbox keys use a different host and do not work here)). Read-only: 11 tools (list_products, get_product, list_prices, list_customers, get_customer, list_subscriptions, get_subscription, list_transactions, get_mrr_metrics, get_revenue_metrics, get_active_subscribers_metrics). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.paddle.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Paddle. Paddle and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "What products do I sell in Paddle?"
  • "Show the details of Paddle product pro_01abc"
  • "What prices and billing cycles do my Paddle products have?"
  • "Find the Paddle customer with email jo@example.com"
  • "Show the Paddle customer ctm_01abc"
  • "Which Paddle subscriptions are active and when do they renew?"

What it does

  • list_products: List Paddle Billing products (the things you sell) with name, type, tax category and status. Active products only unless a status is given.
  • get_product: Get one Paddle product with name, description, tax category, type and status.
  • list_prices: List Paddle prices with product, billing cycle, trial period and unit price. Amounts are strings in the currency's smallest unit (cents for USD). Active prices only unless a status is given.
  • list_customers: List Paddle customers with name, email, locale and status; search by name, email or ID. Active customers only unless a status is given.
  • get_customer: Get one Paddle customer's name, email, locale, status and creation time.
  • list_subscriptions: List Paddle subscriptions with status, customer, billing cycle, next billing time, scheduled changes and items. Every status unless filtered.
  • get_subscription: Get one Paddle subscription with status, billing cycle, current period, next billing time, scheduled change and management links.
  • list_transactions: List Paddle transactions (orders and renewals) with status, customer, subscription, invoice number, dates and totals. Amounts are strings in the currency's smallest unit (cents for USD). Up to 30 per page.
  • get_mrr_metrics: Get monthly recurring revenue (MRR) over a date range as a daily time series in the account's currency.
  • get_revenue_metrics: Get net revenue over a date range as a time series in the account's currency.
  • get_active_subscribers_metrics: Get the number of paying active subscribers over a date range as a daily time series (trialing users are not counted).

BYOK key

You bring your own Paddle Paddle Billing API key (live environment; sandbox keys use a different host and do not work here) (https://vendors.paddle.com/authentication-v2). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.paddle.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Paddle API (api.paddle.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developer.paddle.com/api-reference/overview. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Paddle. Paddle and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Paddle account.
