What PagerDuty Status Pages (BYOK) is for

PagerDuty Status Pages (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own PagerDuty Status Pages data through the PagerDuty Status Pages API with a key you supply (REST API key). Read-only: 8 tools (list_status_pages, list_status_page_services, list_status_page_severities, list_status_page_statuses, list_status_page_impacts, list_posts, list_post_updates, get_post_postmortem). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.pagerduty.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by PagerDuty Status Pages. PagerDuty Status Pages and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which PagerDuty status pages do I have?"
  • "Which components appear on PagerDuty status page PSP0001?"
  • "Which severities can PagerDuty status page PSP0001 use?"
  • "Which statuses can PagerDuty status page PSP0001 use?"
  • "Which impact levels does PagerDuty status page PSP0001 use?"
  • "What incidents were posted on PagerDuty status page PSP0001?"

What it does

  • list_status_pages: List status pages with name, public or private type, URL and publish time.
  • list_status_page_services: List the services shown on a status page, with the business service each maps to.
  • list_status_page_severities: List the severity levels available for posts of a status page.
  • list_status_page_statuses: List the statuses (investigating, identified, monitoring ...) available for posts of a status page.
  • list_status_page_impacts: List the impact levels (operational, degraded, outage ...) a status page can assign to a service.
  • list_posts: List incident and maintenance posts of a status page with title, start and end time, linked resources and their updates.
  • list_post_updates: List the updates of one status page post: message, status, severity, impacted services and report time.
  • get_post_postmortem: Get the postmortem message attached to a status page post.

BYOK key

You bring your own PagerDuty Status Pages REST API key (https://support.pagerduty.com/main/docs/api-access-keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.pagerduty.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the PagerDuty Status Pages API (api.pagerduty.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developer.pagerduty.com/api-reference/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by PagerDuty Status Pages. PagerDuty Status Pages and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your PagerDuty Status Pages account.
