What Paymo (BYOK) is for
Paymo (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Paymo data through the Paymo API with a key you supply (API key). Read-only: 9 tools (list_projects, list_tasks, list_task_lists, list_milestones, list_clients, list_users, list_time_entries, list_invoices, list_expenses). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to app.paymoapp.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Paymo. Paymo and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Paymo projects are active?"
- "Which Paymo tasks assigned to me are not complete?"
- "What task lists does Paymo project 123 have?"
- "Which Paymo milestones are not complete yet?"
- "Who are my Paymo clients?"
- "Who is on my Paymo team?"
What it does
list_projects: List projects with code, client id, status id, active and billable flags, budget hours, hourly price and assigned user ids.list_tasks: List tasks with project, task list, assigned users, completion, due date, billable flag and budget hours.list_task_lists: List task lists (the groups tasks sit in) with project and milestone ids.list_milestones: List milestones with project, owner, due date and completion.list_clients: List clients with name, city, country, website and active flag.list_users: List the company's users with name, type (Admin, Employee, Project Manager, Guest), position, active flag and assigned project ids.list_time_entries: List time entries with project, task, user, start and end times, duration in seconds and billed flag. Always filter by project, task, user, client or time interval.list_invoices: List invoices with number, client, status, currency, dates, total and outstanding amount.list_expenses: List expenses with client, project, user, amount, currency, date, notes, invoiced flag and tags.
BYOK key
You bring your own Paymo API key (https://app.paymoapp.com/#Paymo.module.myaccount/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to app.paymoapp.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

What it is not
Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Paymo. Paymo and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
