What Pipedrive (BYOK) is for

Pipedrive (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Pipedrive data through the Pipedrive API with a key you supply (personal API token). Read-only: 10 tools (list_deals, get_deal, search_deals, list_persons, search_persons, list_organizations, search_organizations, list_activities, list_pipelines, list_stages). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.pipedrive.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Pipedrive deals are open in my pipeline?"
  • "Show the details of one Pipedrive deal"

  • "Which organizations are in my Pipedrive account?"

What it does

  • list_deals: List deals (not deleted) with title, status, value, currency, pipeline, stage, owner, linked person and organization, probability and key dates; filter by status, pipeline, stage, owner or update time.
  • get_deal: Get one deal by id with title, status, value, currency, pipeline, stage, owner, linked person and organization, probability and key dates.
  • search_deals: Search deals by title, notes and custom fields; returns matching deals with score, stage, value, status and linked person and organization.
  • list_persons: List people with name, organization, owner, job title, emails, phones and dates; filter by organization, owner or update time.
  • search_persons: Search people by name, email, phone and notes; returns matching persons with score, emails, phones and organization.
  • list_organizations: List organizations with name, owner, website, industry id, revenue, employee count and dates; filter by owner or update time.
  • search_organizations: Search organizations by name, address and notes; returns matching organizations with score and address.
  • list_activities: List activities (calls, meetings, tasks) with subject, type, done flag, due date and time, linked deal, person and organization; filter by done flag, owner, deal or update time.
  • list_pipelines: List sales pipelines with id, name, order and whether deal probability is enabled.
  • list_stages: List pipeline stages with id, name, pipeline, order, deal probability and days until a deal is considered rotten; filter by pipeline.

BYOK key

You bring your own Pipedrive personal API token (https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/how-can-i-find-my-personal-api-key). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.pipedrive.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
