What Planhat (BYOK) is for

Planhat (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Planhat data through the Planhat API with a key you supply (Planhat API access token (full access, treat as a secret)). Read-only: 9 tools (list_companies, list_end_users, list_conversations, list_licenses, list_invoices, list_tasks, list_nps_responses, list_opportunities, list_users). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.planhat.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Planhat. Planhat and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Planhat companies have the highest ARR?"
  • "Who are the contacts at Planhat company 5f2b8a9c1d2e3f4a5b6c7d8e?"
  • "What conversations were logged for Planhat company 5f2b8a9c1d2e3f4a5b6c7d8e?"
  • "What licenses does Planhat company 5f2b8a9c1d2e3f4a5b6c7d8e have?"
  • "Which Planhat invoices are unpaid?"
  • "What open Planhat tasks do we have for this company?"

What it does

  • list_companies: List Planhat companies with owner, status, phase, health score, MRR, ARR, NRR, customer dates, country and tags.
  • list_end_users: List Planhat end users (customer contacts) with name, email, company, position, tags and last activity. Contains personal data.
  • list_conversations: List logged conversations (emails, calls, meetings, notes) with type, subject, snippet, date, company, tags and assignee.
  • list_licenses: List licenses (recurring revenue lines) with company, product and value.
  • list_invoices: List invoices recorded in Planhat with invoice number, dates, total, currency, status and company.
  • list_tasks: List Planhat tasks and events with action, description, type, start and end time, done date, owner, company and archived flag.
  • list_nps_responses: List NPS survey responses with score, comment, respondent email, date and company id, for the last N days.
  • list_opportunities: List sales opportunities with title, status, sales stage, company, close and deal dates, MRR, ARR, NRR and contract length.
  • list_users: List Planhat workspace users (your team members) with name, email, team memberships and inactive flag.

BYOK key

You bring your own Planhat Planhat API access token (full access, treat as a secret) (https://www.planhat.com/developers/api/authentication-limits). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.planhat.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Planhat API (api.planhat.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://www.planhat.com/developers/api/introduction. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Planhat. Planhat and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Planhat account.
