What Postproxy (BYOK) is for

Postproxy (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Postproxy data through the Postproxy API with a key you supply (Postproxy API key). Read-only: 12 tools (list_profiles, get_profile, list_profile_placements, get_profile_stats, get_profile_daily_stats, list_posts, get_post, get_post_stats, list_comments, list_profile_groups, list_post_queues, list_calendar_events). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.postproxy.dev. What it does

  • list_profiles: List the connected social profiles with network, name, username, connection status, profile group, token expiry and number of posts.
  • get_profile: Get one connected social profile with network, status, post count, link and its latest summary statistics.
  • list_profile_placements: List the placements of a profile (for example the Facebook Pages, LinkedIn organizations or Telegram channels reachable through it).
  • get_profile_stats: Get recorded follower and account statistics snapshots for a profile over time.
  • get_profile_daily_stats: Get daily views, viewers, likes, comments and shares for a profile over a date range (default the last 30 days).
  • list_posts: List posts (drafts, scheduled, published and imported) newest first with text, status, schedule, queue and per-network results including permalink and impressions.
  • get_post: Get one post with text, status, schedule, queue and per-network results (permalink, error, impressions).
  • get_post_stats: Get recorded engagement statistics snapshots (impressions, likes, comments and so on) for up to 50 posts.
  • list_comments: List comments received across posts, newest first, with text, network, post, like count and whether hidden.
  • list_profile_groups: List the profile groups (workspaces) with id, name and number of profiles.
  • list_post_queues: List the recurring publishing queues with timezone, enabled flag, time slots and number of queued posts.
  • list_calendar_events: List public content-calendar events (holidays, awareness days, sporting and commerce events) with posting tips, by country, month or search text.

BYOK key

You bring your own Postproxy Postproxy API key (https://app.postproxy.dev). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.postproxy.dev over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Notices

Create an API key in Postproxy under Settings, API Keys. A key is either full access or scoped to one profile group. Follower and commenter personal details are left out.
