What Precoro (BYOK) is for

Precoro (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Precoro data through the Precoro API with a key you supply (Precoro API key (international .com instance)). Read-only: 12 tools (list_purchase_orders, get_purchase_order, list_purchase_requisitions, list_invoices, list_receipts, list_suppliers, list_items, list_contracts, list_budgets, list_warehouses, list_warehouse_items, list_locations). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.precoro.com. What it does

  • list_purchase_orders: List purchase orders with number, dates, totals, currency, status, receiving and payment status, supplier and location. Status fields are numeric codes (2 appears on approved documents). Limits: 60 requests a minute and 3,000 a day; repeating an identical request is limited to once a minute.
  • get_purchase_order: Get one purchase order by its number (IDN) with all lines, taxes, supplier, location, budget and approval details. Status fields are numeric codes (2 appears on approved documents). Limits: 60 requests a minute and 3,000 a day; repeating an identical request is limited to once a minute.
  • list_purchase_requisitions: List purchase requisitions (purchase requests) with number, dates, total, currency, status and location. Status fields are numeric codes (2 appears on approved documents). Limits: 60 requests a minute and 3,000 a day; repeating an identical request is limited to once a minute.
  • list_invoices: List invoices with invoice number, dates, total, amount paid, currency, status and supplier. Status fields are numeric codes (2 appears on approved documents). Limits: 60 requests a minute and 3,000 a day; repeating an identical request is limited to once a minute.
  • list_receipts: List goods receipts with number, dates, status, location and warehouse. Status fields are numeric codes (2 appears on approved documents). Limits: 60 requests a minute and 3,000 a day; repeating an identical request is limited to once a minute.
  • list_suppliers: List suppliers with code, name, currency, country, city, minimum order sum and delivery period. Bank details are left out.
  • list_items: List catalog items with SKU, name, price, currency, unit and type.
  • list_contracts: List supplier contracts with number, dates, whether they renew and the supplier.
  • list_budgets: List budgets with period, amount, used and available sums.
  • list_warehouses: List warehouses with name, code and whether they are enabled.
  • list_warehouse_items: List the stock held in one warehouse: quantity, minimum level, reorder level and the item's SKU and name.
  • list_locations: List company locations with code, name and address.

BYOK key

You bring your own Precoro Precoro API key (international .com instance) (https://help.precoro.com/using-api-in-precoro). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.precoro.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
