What Printful Catalog and Regions (your token) is for

Printful Catalog and Regions (your token) lets an AI assistant read your own Printful Catalog data through the Printful Catalog API with a key you supply (private token (store-level)). Read-only: 10 tools (list_catalog_products, get_catalog_product, get_catalog_variant, get_product_size_guide, list_catalog_categories, get_catalog_category, list_supported_countries, list_tax_countries, get_product_printfiles, list_product_templates). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.printful.com. What it does

  • list_catalog_products: List base products in the Printful catalog, optionally limited to category ids, with type, brand, model, variant count, currency, discontinued flag and fulfilment time.
  • get_catalog_product: Get one catalog product with its variants (size, colour, price, stock status per region).
  • get_catalog_variant: Get one catalog variant by id with its price, stock status per region, and the parent product.
  • get_product_size_guide: Get the size guide of a catalog product: available sizes and size tables (measure yourself, product measurements, international conversion).
  • list_catalog_categories: List the catalog categories with id, parent id, title and image size.
  • get_catalog_category: Get one catalog category by id.
  • list_supported_countries: List the countries and states Printful accepts for shipping, with codes and regions.
  • list_tax_countries: List the countries and states where Printful collects sales tax, with a flag telling whether shipping is taxable.
  • get_product_printfiles: Get the print file requirements of a catalog product: available placements, print file sizes in pixels with dpi and fill mode, and which variant uses which print file.
  • list_product_templates: List the product templates saved in the account with title, product id, available variant ids and placements.

BYOK key

You bring your own Printful Catalog private token (store-level) (https://developers.printful.com/docs/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.printful.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
