What Productive Resourcing (BYOK) is for

Productive Resourcing (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Productive Resourcing data through the Productive Resourcing API with a key you supply (API token). Read-only: 8 tools (list_bookings, list_resource_requests, list_holidays, list_holiday_calendars, list_job_roles, list_teams, list_workflows, list_workflow_statuses). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.productive.io. "Who is booked on which Productive project next week?"
"Which resource requests are open in Productive?"
"Which holidays are on the Productive calendar this year?"
"Which holiday calendars exist in Productive?"
"What job roles are defined in Productive?"
"What teams exist in Productive?"

What it does

list_bookings: List resource bookings with start and end date, total time and hours in minutes, percentage, draft and canceled flags; filter by date window, person, project or budget.
list_resource_requests: List resource requests (asks for people with a role and time) with title, dates, time, status and creation and resolution time.
list_holidays: List holidays with name and date; filter by holiday calendar or date window.
list_holiday_calendars: List holiday calendars with name, country, state and whether holidays are generated automatically.
list_job_roles: List job roles with name and archive time.
list_teams: List teams with name.
list_workflows: List task workflows with name and archive time; use list_workflow_statuses for the statuses.
list_workflow_statuses: List workflow statuses (task board columns) with name, position and category id; filter by workflow.

BYOK key

You bring your own Productive Resourcing API token (https://developer.productive.io/llms.txt). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.productive.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
