What ProofHub (BYOK) is for
ProofHub (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own ProofHub data through the ProofHub API with a key you supply (ProofHub API key). Read-only: 12 tools (list_projects, get_project, list_people, list_todolists, list_tasks, get_task, list_task_comments, list_all_tasks, list_topics, list_events, list_timesheets, list_labels). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to *.proofhub.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ProofHub. ProofHub and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "What projects do we have in ProofHub?"
- "Show ProofHub project 23423233"
- "Who is in our ProofHub account?"
- "What task lists does ProofHub project 23423233 have?"
- "Which tasks are in ProofHub list 13964085?"
- "Show ProofHub task 13966758"
What it does
list_projects: List all projects the key's user can see, with title, status ID, dates, manager, category and archived flag.get_project: Get one project by ID.list_people: List the people in the account with name, title, email, role ID, groups, suspended flag and last activity.list_todolists: List the task lists of one project with open and completed task counts.list_tasks: List the tasks of one task list with due date, assignees, labels, progress and logged time.get_task: Get one task by ID with description, dates, assignees, labels, progress and logged time.list_task_comments: List the comments on one task.list_all_tasks: List task lists across the whole account, filtered by project, label, assignee or completion. Up to 100 per call; page with start.list_topics: List the discussion topics of one project with comment counts.list_events: List calendar events and milestones of one project. The view parameter is required; dates are optional.list_timesheets: List the timesheets of one project with estimated and logged hours.list_labels: List the task labels with their name and color.
BYOK key
You bring your own ProofHub ProofHub API key (https://help.proofhub.com/swift/others/how-to-access-your-api-key). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to *.proofhub.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
Data sources

Live from the ProofHub API (*.proofhub.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://github.com/ProofHub/api_v3. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.
What it is not

ProofHub and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
