What Qdrant Cloud (BYOK) is for
Qdrant Cloud (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Qdrant Cloud data through the Qdrant Cloud API with a key you supply (Cloud Management Key). Read-only: 11 tools (list_accounts, get_account, list_account_members, list_clusters, get_cluster, list_qdrant_releases, list_backups, list_backup_schedules, list_invoices, list_cloud_providers, list_cloud_provider_regions). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.cloud.qdrant.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Qdrant Cloud. Qdrant Cloud and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Which Qdrant Cloud accounts can my key access?"
- "What is the owner email of my Qdrant Cloud account?"
- "Who are the members of my Qdrant Cloud account?"
- "Which Qdrant clusters do we have and are they healthy?"
- "What is the state and endpoint of my Qdrant cluster?"
- "Which Qdrant versions can I deploy and which is the default?"
What it does
list_accounts: List the Qdrant Cloud accounts the management key can see, with name, owner email and creation date.get_account: Get one Qdrant Cloud account: name, owner email, privileges and creation date.list_account_members: List the members of an account with their email, status and whether they own the account.list_clusters: List the clusters of an account with cloud provider, region, lifecycle phase, Qdrant version, node count and endpoint URL.get_cluster: Get one cluster's full state: phase, version, node count, endpoint, package and last modification.list_qdrant_releases: List the Qdrant versions an account can run, marking the default one and versions that are end of life or unavailable.list_backups: List cluster backups with status, creation time and duration; filter by cluster or backup schedule.list_backup_schedules: List automatic backup schedules with cron expression, retention period and status.list_invoices: List an account's invoices with number, status, amounts, dates and links to the hosted invoice and PDF.list_cloud_providers: List the cloud providers Qdrant Cloud supports, with whether each has a free tier and is available.list_cloud_provider_regions: List the regions of one cloud provider with country, free tier flag and availability.
BYOK key
You bring your own Qdrant Cloud Cloud Management Key (https://cloud.qdrant.io/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.cloud.qdrant.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
