What Quartr (BYOK) is for

Quartr (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Quartr data through the Quartr API with a key you supply (Quartr API key). Read-only: 9 tools (list_companies, get_company, list_events, get_event, list_event_types, list_reports, list_slide_decks, list_transcripts, list_document_types). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.quartr.com.   • "What is the Quartr company ID for AAPL?"
  • "Show Quartr company 4742."
  • "When is Apple's next earnings call?"
  • "Show Quartr event 128301."
  • "What Quartr event types exist?"
  • "List Apple's recent 10-Q filings in Quartr."

What it does

  • list_companies: List companies Quartr covers: name, country, tickers with exchanges, ISINs, CIK and OpenFIGI. Filter by ticker, ISIN, CIK, country or exchange. Company names cannot be searched.
  • get_company: Get one company by Quartr company ID.
  • list_events: List company events (earnings calls, trading updates, conferences, M&A calls) with date, whether confirmed, type and fiscal period. Filter by company, date range or type.
  • get_event: Get one event by ID: company, title, date, type and fiscal period.
  • list_event_types: List event types (for example Q1 to Q4 earnings calls, trading updates) with the parent group.
  • list_reports: List filings and reports (earnings releases, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, annual reports) as PDF links with company, event and type. Filter by company, date, type or document group.
  • list_slide_decks: List slide presentations from events as PDF links with company, event and type. Filter by company, date or type.
  • list_transcripts: List earnings call transcripts as JSON file links with company, event and type (15 raw, 22 edited with speakers). Filter by company, date or type.
  • list_document_types: List document types (for example 10-K, 10-Q, earnings release) with form code, category and document group.

BYOK key

You bring your own Quartr Quartr API key (https://portal.quartr.dev). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.quartr.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
