What Rackbeat (BYOK) is for

Rackbeat (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Rackbeat data through the Rackbeat API with a key you supply (Rackbeat API key (Company settings > API)). Read-only: 10 tools (list_products, list_product_locations, list_product_groups, list_locations, list_suppliers, list_purchase_orders, list_orders, list_purchase_receipts, list_production_orders, list_order_shipments). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to app.rackbeat.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rackbeat. Rackbeat and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Rackbeat products are below minimum stock?"
  • "Where is product 1001 stored in Rackbeat?"
  • "What product groups does Rackbeat have?"
  • "Which warehouse locations are set up in Rackbeat?"
  • "Who are my Rackbeat suppliers?"
  • "Which Rackbeat purchase orders are not received yet?"

What it does

  • list_products: List products with number, name, barcode, price, cost price, stock, quantities on order and available, minimum stock, group, unit and default supplier.
  • list_product_locations: List the stock of one product at each location: stock, on order, available and purchased quantities.
  • list_product_groups: List product groups with product counts and whether they hold inventory.
  • list_locations: List stock locations with barcode, nesting and parent.
  • list_suppliers: List suppliers with name, company, city, country, currency and average delivery time. Contact details are left out.
  • list_purchase_orders: List purchase orders with supplier, totals, currency, booked, approved and received flags and delivery dates.
  • list_orders: List sales orders with totals, profit, currency, status flags (booked, shipped, invoiced) and dates. Customer details are left out.
  • list_purchase_receipts: List goods receipts with received flag and dates.
  • list_production_orders: List production orders with state flags and start, expected finish and finish dates.
  • list_order_shipments: List shipments with picked and shipped flags and dates. Customer details are left out.

BYOK key

You bring your own Rackbeat Rackbeat API key (Company settings > API) (https://developer.rackbeat.com/reference/authentication-1). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to app.rackbeat.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Rackbeat API (app.rackbeat.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developer.rackbeat.com/reference/introduction. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rackbeat. Rackbeat and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Rackbeat account.
