What RD Station CRM (BYOK) is for

RD Station CRM (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own RD Station CRM data through the RD Station CRM API with a key you supply (RD Station CRM user token). Read-only: 12 tools (get_current_user, list_deals, list_contacts, list_organizations, list_pipelines, list_deal_stages, list_deal_sources, list_lost_reasons, list_tasks, list_products, list_teams, list_users). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to crm.rdstation.com. What it does

  • get_current_user: Show the RD Station CRM user the token belongs to: name, email, role, phone, teams and last login.
  • list_deals: List deals (negociacoes) with name, value, stage, owner, win or lost state, dates and rating. Filter by name, owner, funnel, stage, win state or dates; at most the first 10,000 records can be listed.
  • list_contacts: List contacts with name, job title, emails, phones, company id, linked deals and dates. Filter by email, phone, name or title.
  • list_organizations: List companies with name, website, deal counts (open, lost, paused), owner and dates. Search by name or filter by owner or segment.
  • list_pipelines: List sales funnels (pipelines) with their ordered stages.
  • list_deal_stages: List funnel stages with name, nickname, order and the funnel they belong to. Optionally only one funnel.
  • list_deal_sources: List the lead sources deals can be tagged with.
  • list_lost_reasons: List the reasons used when a deal is marked as lost.
  • list_tasks: List tasks with subject, type (such as call), due date and hour, done state and the deal they belong to. Filter by deal, user, done state or dates.
  • list_products: List the product and service catalog with name, description, base price and visibility.
  • list_teams: List sales teams with their members.
  • list_users: List the CRM users with name, email, active flag and last login.

BYOK key

You bring your own RD Station CRM RD Station CRM user token (https://ajuda.rdstation.com/s/article/Gerar-e-visualizar-Token). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to crm.rdstation.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
