What Realtime Register (BYOK) is for

Realtime Register (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Realtime Register data through the Realtime Register API with a key you supply (Realtime Register API key). Read-only: 11 tools (list_domains, get_domain, get_credit_balance, get_pricelist, list_transactions, list_dns_zones, get_dns_zone, list_hosts, list_processes, list_notifications, get_tld_info). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.yoursrs.com.   • "Which domains do I have at Realtime Register and when do they expire?"
  • "Is example.com auto-renewing at Realtime Register?"
  • "How much credit do I have left at Realtime Register?"
  • "What does registering a .com domain cost me at Realtime Register?"
  • "What charges were made on my Realtime Register account recently?"
  • "Which DNS zones do I host at Realtime Register?"

What it does

  • list_domains: List domains in your account with status, expiry, auto-renew, privacy protection and name servers. Auth codes are not returned.
  • get_domain: Get one domain: status, registry, expiry, auto-renew, name servers, DNSSEC and zone link. The auth code is not returned.
  • get_credit_balance: Show the prepaid credit per currency in cents: balance, funds reserved for running processes and locked funds.
  • get_pricelist: Get your price list: price per product and action in cents, with upcoming price changes and promotions.
  • list_transactions: List financial transactions with date, amount in cents, currency and the domain or contact the charge relates to.
  • list_dns_zones: List DNS zones hosted at Realtime Register with managed flag, service level, DNSSEC and name servers.
  • get_dns_zone: Get one DNS zone with its records (name, type, content, TTL, priority) and DNSSEC state.
  • list_hosts: List name server hosts registered at the registry through your account with their IP addresses.
  • list_processes: List recent processes (registrations, renewals, transfers, updates) with status, type, identifier and action.
  • list_notifications: List notifications (domain events, process results, warnings) with event type, subject status and message.
  • get_tld_info: Get registration rules of a top-level domain: allowed registration and renewal periods, grace periods and transfer requirements.

BYOK key

You bring your own Realtime Register Realtime Register API key (https://dm.realtimeregister.com/app/login/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.yoursrs.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
