What Re:amaze (BYOK) is for

Re:amaze (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Re:amaze data through the Re:amaze API with a key you supply (Re:amaze login email). Read-only: 9 tools (list_conversations, get_conversation, list_conversation_messages, list_messages, list_contacts, list_channels, list_staff, list_articles, list_satisfaction_ratings). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to *.reamaze.io. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Re:amaze. Re:amaze and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Re:amaze conversations are open and unassigned?"
  • "Show Re:amaze conversation do-you-read-me"
  • "What was said in Re:amaze conversation knock-knock?"
  • "What did customers write to Re:amaze today?"
  • "Find the Re:amaze contact jane@example.com"
  • "Which channels does my Re:amaze brand have?"

What it does

  • list_conversations: List Re:amaze conversations of the brand with subject, status (0 open, 1 responded, 2 done, 3 spam, 4 archived, 5 on hold), author, assignee, channel and tags. Only unarchived conversations are returned unless filter is set.
  • get_conversation: Get one Re:amaze conversation by slug with status, tags, author, assignee, channel and the latest customer and staff messages.
  • list_conversation_messages: List the messages of one Re:amaze conversation with body, sender, visibility (0 regular, 1 internal note) and time.
  • list_messages: List recent Re:amaze messages across all conversations of the brand, filterable by sender, staff or customer, channel and dates.
  • list_contacts: List Re:amaze contacts (account wide) with name, email and notes; search by name or email.
  • list_channels: List the Re:amaze channels of the brand with slug, channel type number (1 email, 6 chat, 9 SMS, 15 WhatsApp), email address and visibility.
  • list_staff: List the Re:amaze staff users of the account with name, email and creation date.
  • list_articles: List help articles of the Re:amaze brand (published by default) with title, slug, status, topic and author; search by keyword.
  • list_satisfaction_ratings: List customer satisfaction ratings (1 to 5) with comment, conversation id and assignee id, newest first. Needs the access_reports permission.

BYOK key

You bring your own Re:amaze Re:amaze login email (https://www.reamaze.com/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to *.reamaze.io over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Re:amaze API (*.reamaze.io) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://www.reamaze.com/api. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Re:amaze. Re:amaze and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Re:amaze account.
