What Rebilly (BYOK) is for

Rebilly (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Rebilly data through the Rebilly API with a key you supply (Rebilly secret API key). Read-only: 9 tools (list_customers, list_subscriptions, list_invoices, list_transactions, list_plans, list_products, list_coupons, list_disputes, list_tags). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.rebilly.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Rebilly customers have the highest lifetime revenue?"
  • "Which Rebilly subscriptions renew this week?"
  • "Which Rebilly invoices are overdue?"
  • "Which Rebilly payments were declined recently?"
  • "What plans and prices are configured in Rebilly?"
  • "What products are defined in Rebilly?"

What it does

  • list_customers: List customers with lifetime revenue, average order value, invoice and payment counts and last payment time. Names, emails and addresses are not returned.
  • list_subscriptions: List subscription and one-time orders with status, billing status, trial flag, start, renewal and end times and the latest invoice id.
  • list_invoices: List invoices with number, status, amounts, currency, issue, due and paid times, and the customer and subscription they belong to.
  • list_transactions: List payment transactions with type, result, status, amount, currency, customer, invoice ids and dispute flag. Card and bank details are not returned.
  • list_plans: List pricing plans with name, currency, pricing formula, recurring interval, trial settings and the product each plan belongs to.
  • list_products: List products with name, description, unit label, shipping requirement and accounting code.
  • list_coupons: List coupons with status, discount type and value, issue and expiry times and how often each was redeemed.
  • list_disputes: List card disputes (chargebacks) with status, category, reason code, amount, currency, deadline and the transaction they relate to.
  • list_tags: List the tags defined in the account.

BYOK key

You bring your own Rebilly Rebilly secret API key (https://app.rebilly.com/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.rebilly.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
