What Rebrandly Reports (BYOK) is for

Rebrandly Reports (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Rebrandly Reports data through the Rebrandly Reports API with a key you supply (Rebrandly API key). Read-only: 6 tools (list_report_templates, get_report_template, count_report_templates, get_template_schedule, list_template_executions, list_report_results). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.rebrandly.com.   • "Show the details of this Rebrandly report template"
  • "How many report templates do I have in Rebrandly?"

  • "Did my last Rebrandly report run succeed?"
  • "Show the latest report runs in Rebrandly"

What it does

  • list_report_templates: List the report templates of the workspace with name, description, schedule frequency, next run and last execution time. Pages of up to 25; pass the last template id as last.
  • get_report_template: Get one report template with its name, description, query definition and schedule summary.
  • count_report_templates: Count the report templates of the workspace.
  • get_template_schedule: Get when a report template runs: recurrence, time span, timezone and next execution.
  • list_template_executions: List past runs of one report template with status, start and completion time and any error.
  • list_report_results: List recent report runs across all templates of the workspace with status, timing and any error message.

BYOK key

You bring your own Rebrandly Reports Rebrandly API key (https://app.rebrandly.com/account/api-keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.rebrandly.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
