What Recruiterflow (BYOK) is for

Recruiterflow (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Recruiterflow data through the Recruiterflow API with a key you supply (Recruiterflow API key). Read-only: 12 tools (list_jobs, get_job, count_jobs, get_job_pipeline, list_departments, list_job_locations, list_job_statuses, list_engagement_types, list_campaigns, list_client_companies, list_tags, list_industries). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.recruiterflow.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which jobs are currently open in Recruiterflow?"
  • "Show me the details of Recruiterflow job 1"
  • "How many open jobs do we have in Recruiterflow?"
  • "How many candidates are in each stage for Recruiterflow job 1?"
  • "Which departments have jobs in Recruiterflow?"
  • "Where are our open jobs located in Recruiterflow?"

What it does

  • list_jobs: List the jobs of the account with title, department, engagement type, status, openings and salary range. Candidate data is not included.
  • get_job: Get one job: title, department, engagement type, status, openings, salary range, experience range and the careers-page link.
  • count_jobs: Count the jobs, optionally only open jobs or only jobs in given departments or locations.
  • get_job_pipeline: Get the hiring pipeline of one job: the stages and how many candidates sit in each (counts only, no candidate names).
  • list_departments: List job departments with the number of jobs in each.
  • list_job_locations: List job locations (name, city, state, country, type), optionally only locations of open jobs.
  • list_job_statuses: List the job statuses defined in the account (id, name, colour).
  • list_engagement_types: List the job engagement types (for example Contingent, Retained, Contract).
  • list_campaigns: List outreach campaigns with send, open, reply and bounce counts.
  • list_client_companies: List client companies (name, domain, industry, status, location) in the account.
  • list_tags: List the tags used on candidates and contacts.
  • list_industries: List the industries available for client companies.

BYOK key

You bring your own Recruiterflow Recruiterflow API key (https://recruiterflow.com/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.recruiterflow.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
