What Resemble AI (BYOK) is for

Resemble AI (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Resemble AI data through the Resemble AI API with a key you supply (Resemble API key). Read-only: 12 tools (get_account, list_teams, list_detections, get_detection, list_investigators, list_investigation_runs, get_investigation_run, list_intelligences, get_intelligence, list_text_detections, list_identities, list_signal_submissions). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to app.resemble.ai. What it does

  • get_account: Show the Resemble AI account the key belongs to.
  • list_teams: List the teams of the account.
  • list_detections: List deepfake detection jobs, newest first, with media type, status, modality, file name, duration, the result metrics and any error.
  • get_detection: Get one deepfake detection result: status, label and score for audio, image or video, and the watermark status.
  • list_investigators: List the Investigators (AI agents that examine media for manipulation) with name, tier, tagline and activation state.
  • list_investigation_runs: List the runs of one Investigator with status, verdict result, inputs and times.
  • get_investigation_run: Get one Investigator run with status, verdict, recommended action, confidence, inputs and error.
  • list_intelligences: List intelligence reports (AI analysis of detected media) with detection id, media type and description.
  • get_intelligence: Get one intelligence report: speaker, language, emotion, context, abnormalities, transcription and fraud or liveness findings.
  • list_text_detections: List AI-generated text detections with status, prediction, confidence and the text.
  • list_identities: List voice identities (reference voices) with name, type, visibility, notes and project count. Filter by name.
  • list_signal_submissions: List Signal content-scoring submissions with input type, verdict, top category and scores.

BYOK key

You bring your own Resemble AI Resemble API key (https://app.resemble.ai/hub/api). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to app.resemble.ai over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
