What Resos (BYOK) is for
Resos (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Resos data through the Resos API with a key you supply (Resos API key (Settings, API integration)). Read-only: 10 tools (healthcheck, list_bookings, get_booking, list_customers, list_tables, list_opening_hours, list_custom_fields, list_guest_feedback, get_available_dates, get_available_times). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.resos.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Resos. Resos and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.
Ask your assistant things like:
- "Is my Resos API key working?"
- "What bookings do I have in Resos tonight?"
- "Show Resos booking Jf8kuy3gjy5EmAjC4"
- "Who are my most frequent guests in Resos?"
- "What tables and areas do I have in Resos?"
- "What are my opening hours in Resos?"

BYOK key
You bring your own Resos Resos API key (Settings, API integration) (https://resos.com/api/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.resos.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
