What Retently (BYOK) is for

Retently (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Retently data through the Retently API with a key you supply (Retently API key (read permission)). Read-only: 9 tools (list_customers, get_customer, list_feedback, get_feedback, list_campaigns, list_templates, get_template, get_reports, get_campaign_report). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to app.retently.com. What it does

  • list_customers: List Retently customers (survey contacts), newest first by default, optionally filtered by email or creation date. Contains personal data. The answer shape is returned as Retently sends it and is cut to a size limit.
  • get_customer: Get one Retently customer by id. Contains personal data.
  • list_feedback: List survey feedback (scores and comments) newest first, filterable by customer email or id, campaign and dates. Contains personal data.
  • get_feedback: Get one feedback entry by id.
  • list_campaigns: List survey campaigns with name, metric type (NPS, CSAT, CES), channel, template and status.
  • list_templates: List survey templates with name, channel and the metric they measure.
  • get_template: Get one survey template by id.
  • get_reports: Get the campaign reports (summary statistics of your survey campaigns), optionally for a date range.
  • get_campaign_report: Get the report (summary statistics) of one campaign, optionally for a date range.

BYOK key

You bring your own Retently Retently API key (read permission) (https://www.retently.com/api/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to app.retently.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
