What Ringover (BYOK) is for

Ringover (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Ringover data through the Ringover API with a key you supply (Ringover public API key (European region; the US region uses a different host)). Read-only: 11 tools (get_team, list_users, list_groups, list_numbers, list_ivrs, get_ivr, list_call_tags, list_conferences, list_presences, list_calls, get_call). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to public-api.ringover.com. Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ringover. Ringover and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with.

Ask your assistant things like:

  • "How big is our Ringover account?"
  • "Who are the users on our Ringover team?"
  • "What call groups do we have in Ringover?"
  • "Which business numbers does our Ringover account own?"
  • "What IVRs are configured in Ringover?"
  • "Show the details of Ringover IVR 1"

What it does

  • get_team: Show the Ringover team: name and the counts of numbers, users, IVRs, conference rooms and tags.
  • list_users: List the team's users with id, name and plan type. Email addresses and phone numbers are left out.
  • list_groups: List the call groups (ring groups) with member count. Paged.
  • list_numbers: List the team's phone numbers with label, type, assignment and SMS capability. Unassigned numbers are included by default.
  • list_ivrs: List the IVRs (automated call menus) with name, open state and scenarios.
  • get_ivr: Get one IVR with its numbers and scenarios.
  • list_call_tags: List the call tags defined for the team.
  • list_conferences: List the conference rooms with name and dial-in numbers.
  • list_presences: Show every user's current availability: in a call, snoozed or planned snooze, connected devices.
  • list_calls: List terminated calls, newest first, with direction, outcome, times and durations. Phone numbers are left out. A date range may span at most 15 days.
  • get_call: Get the log entries of one terminated call (a forwarded or transferred call has several) without phone numbers.

BYOK key

You bring your own Ringover Ringover public API key (European region; the US region uses a different host) (https://developer.ringover.com/). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to public-api.ringover.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.

Data sources

Live from the Ringover API (public-api.ringover.com) with a BYOK key; documentation: https://developer.ringover.com/. Endpoints checked against that documentation on 2026-10-16.

What it is not

Unofficial connector by Unify Dynamics LLC: not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ringover. Ringover and its logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say which service the connector works with. It is read-only: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything in your Ringover account.
