What Salesflare (BYOK) is for

Salesflare (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own Salesflare data through the Salesflare API with a key you supply (Salesflare API key). Read-only: 10 tools (get_me, list_accounts, get_account, list_contacts, list_opportunities, list_tasks, list_pipelines, list_tags, list_users, list_workflows). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to api.salesflare.com. Ask your assistant things like:

  • "Which Salesflare user is my API key for?"
  • "Show my Salesflare accounts"
  • "Show Salesflare account 12345"
  • "Find Salesflare contacts named Smith"
  • "What open opportunities do I have in Salesflare?"
  • "What Salesflare tasks do I have?"

What it does

  • get_me: Show the Salesflare user the key belongs to: name, email, role and team name.
  • list_accounts: List Salesflare accounts (companies). The answer shape is not documented by Salesflare, so fields are returned as the API sends them (first 25 accounts). Filter by name, domain, tag name, country, hotness or creation date.
  • get_account: Get one Salesflare account by its numeric id, as the API returns it (not documented by Salesflare).
  • list_contacts: List Salesflare contacts. The answer shape is not documented by Salesflare, so fields are returned as the API sends them (first 25). Filter by name, email, phone, account, tag, role or type.
  • list_opportunities: List Salesflare opportunities (deals). Shape not documented by Salesflare, so fields come as the API sends them (first 25). Filter by name, stage, pipeline, account, value range or open/closed.
  • list_tasks: List Salesflare tasks (for the key's user by default). Shape not documented by Salesflare, so fields come as the API sends them (first 25).
  • list_pipelines: List Salesflare sales pipelines with currency, default flag, whether archived and their dates.
  • list_tags: List Salesflare tags with how many accounts, people and opportunities carry each.
  • list_users: List the users of your Salesflare team. Shape not documented by Salesflare, so fields come as the API sends them (first 25).
  • list_workflows: List Salesflare automation workflows with status, record type, goal and analytics counters.

BYOK key

You bring your own Salesflare Salesflare API key (https://app.salesflare.com/#/settings/apikeys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to api.salesflare.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
