What SalesRabbit (BYOK) is for

SalesRabbit (BYOK) lets an AI assistant read your own SalesRabbit data through the SalesRabbit API with a key you supply (SalesRabbit API key). Read-only: 10 tools (list_leads, get_lead, get_lead_status_history, list_lead_statuses, list_stages, list_campaigns, list_areas, list_teams, list_profiles, list_custom_fields). The BYOK key travels with each request, is used for that one call only and is never stored, logged or cached; it is only ever sent to integrate.salesrabbit.com. What it does

  • list_leads: List leads (prospects) with title, city, region, country, status, assignee, team and dates. Street address and coordinates are not returned. Filter by city, region or status.
  • get_lead: Get one lead by ID with title, city, region, country, status, assignee, team and dates.
  • get_lead_status_history: List leads with how their status changed over time (status history), optionally only those updated since a time. Offset-paged.
  • list_lead_statuses: List lead statuses with name, abbreviation, order, active state and the stage they belong to.
  • list_stages: List the sales stages that lead statuses are grouped into, with order and default flag.
  • list_campaigns: List campaigns with name, description, status and number of leads.
  • list_areas: List territories (areas) with title, color, external ID and team. Map polygons are not returned.
  • list_teams: List teams with name, external ID and parent team.
  • list_profiles: List users (sales reps and managers) with name, status, role and team. Email and phone are not returned.
  • list_custom_fields: List the custom lead fields defined on the account with name, type, order and status.

BYOK key

You bring your own SalesRabbit SalesRabbit API key (https://hop.salesrabbit.com/integrations/api-keys). Your assistant sends it in the X-Upstream-Key header with each request. ConnectorBay uses it for that one call only: it is never stored, logged or cached, never shown in an answer, and it is only sent to integrate.salesrabbit.com over https, with no redirects followed. Create a key with the fewest permissions the tools need (read-only if the provider offers it), and revoke it at the provider whenever you like.
